1. Who we are and when these terms apply

Nova Vita Aesthetics operates this website and provides appointments at 5722 Tanagerlake Road, Lithia, FL 33547. These terms apply to use of the website and to appointments booked directly with Nova Vita. By submitting a booking and accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to the version displayed at that time.

The service description, price, and any offer-specific terms shown before payment are part of your booking. If a specific offer expressly differs from these general terms, the specific offer controls for that booking. We may update these terms for future bookings; changes do not retroactively alter a confirmed appointment.

2. Appointments, prices and payment

A requested time is not confirmed until checkout is completed and you receive a booking confirmation. Prices and any required deposit are shown before payment. A deposit is applied toward the stated service total; it is not an additional charge. Any remaining balance is due at the appointment.

For the Triple Lift $79 introductory offer booked through its campaign page, $25 is paid online to reserve the appointment and $54 is due upon arrival. The offer covers one 60-minute Royal Lift Sculpt Ritual, not a package or a series. Other services may have different prices or require payment in full, as shown at checkout.

Online payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full card number. Taxes or other charges, if applicable, must be shown before you authorize payment; no undisclosed add-on is part of the advertised Triple Lift price.

3. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows

You may cancel a confirmed appointment at least 24 hours before its scheduled start using the secure manage-booking link in your confirmation. Payments made for that appointment, including a Triple Lift deposit, will be refunded to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank determine when the credit appears.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment or do not attend, the Triple Lift $25 reservation deposit is not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or Nova Vita chooses to make an exception. For another service paid in full, payments may be retained for a late cancellation or no-show up to the amount paid, subject to applicable law and any more specific terms shown at checkout.

To request a change of date or time, contact Nova Vita before the appointment. A request does not change or cancel a booking until we confirm it. A new time depends on availability. If you are running late, contact us promptly; when lateness prevents the reserved service from being provided safely or within the scheduled time, the late-cancellation rule may apply.

If Nova Vita cancels an appointment and you do not accept an alternative time, we will refund the payment collected for that appointment. If a refund cannot be completed automatically, contact us at info@novavita.beauty so we can resolve it.

4. Suitability and treatment decisions

Services are cosmetic and wellness services, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Please give accurate information about relevant allergies, skin conditions, recent procedures, medications, pregnancy, injuries, infections, or other concerns before treatment. Do not put sensitive medical details into the general website contact form; contact Natalia directly to discuss suitability.

Natalia may adapt, postpone, or decline a service when she reasonably believes it is unsuitable or cannot be performed safely. We will explain the available options and handle any payment according to the circumstances and applicable law. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Results and marketing materials

Individual appearance, comfort, and the degree and duration of cosmetic changes vary. A specific promise expressly made on an offer page remains part of that offer; these general terms do not cancel it. No particular duration of a result or medical outcome is promised unless expressly stated for the booked service.

Except for an express offer promise or rights provided by law, a completed service is not refundable solely because a client prefers a different aesthetic outcome. Tell Natalia during the visit if you are uncomfortable so the treatment can be adjusted or stopped when appropriate.

Photos, reviews, and descriptions show individual experiences and may depict a different service. They do not promise that every client will have the same degree of change. We will not use your treatment photos for marketing without separate permission.

6. Your information and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how booking, contact, payment, and website information is handled. By providing contact information for an appointment, you authorize service-related confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and responses by email, phone, or text. Marketing messages require any separate consent required by law; you may opt out of marketing without affecting your appointment.

7. Website use and availability

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate booking details. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit another person’s information without authority. We may correct obvious technical errors and contact you if a booking cannot be fulfilled. Website availability is not guaranteed at all times.

8. Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, Nova Vita is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or an appointment. Nothing here excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited, including liability for our own unlawful conduct. Please contact us first if a charge or booking appears incorrect; this does not remove any right you have to contact your card issuer or a regulator.

Florida law governs these terms to the extent permitted. A dispute that must be brought in court may be filed in a court with jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless applicable law provides another venue. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
