• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring and campaign information, cookies or similar identifiers, and interactions used to understand bookings and site performance.
• Information from communications with us, including service-related emails, calls, and texts you choose to send. Please avoid sending detailed medical records through the general contact form.

3. How we use information

• Provide the site, respond to questions, manage accounts, assess service suitability, book and administer appointments, take payment, and process cancellations or refunds.
• Send confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, service-related follow-ups, and replies to your requests. We send promotional messages only when we have any separate consent required by law.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect clients or our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell appointment records or share phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing. We do not disclose client treatment photos for advertising without separate permission.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and actions on this website. We may use referral or campaign parameters to understand how a visitor reached us and whether a booking was completed. Google and other service providers may process technical identifiers according to their own policies.

Do not enter payment-card details in a message or booking note.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for appointments, customer service, accounting, security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate. Retention periods vary by record type and legal obligation.

We will respond as applicable law requires; some records may need to be retained for legitimate legal or business reasons. You can opt out of promotional messages using the instructions in the message or by contacting us. Transactional appointment messages may still be necessary for an active booking.
